When we last left Christa and Nancy (in episode 1 of our saga), they were lamenting the fact that Terry Gilliam’s The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus did not have distribution in the USA. After the realization that the didn’t have US distribution hit Christa, she became determined to walk the walk and talk the talk and push for the film’s distribution in the USA.
Well, much to Christa’s delight, she has now found out on the internet that The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus has US distribution. She’s overjoyed and all prepared to see the film, until Nancy explains to her that it’s only opening in New York and Los Angeles on December 25th unless fans demand it around the country…How will Christa handle this? Will she break down (as we know, she can get a little emotional), will she just accept her fate and do nothing and never get to see The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus (somehow I doubt that) or…Well, why don’t we watch episode two of our serial and find out.
