First, I would like to thank REELZCHANNEL for sending us this great interview by Jill Simonian. It is particularly special to me because Jill stood next to me in the press line and we talked a great deal about the film, cast and Terry and I was so impressed with her. She was an absolute joy to talk to. She was so supportive of us and the film and so kind. And, lastly, that she remembered us and saw to it that a copy of the interview was sent to us. I thank them for that generosity and their support. As for Jill Simonian’s interview here with Terry wherein they talk about Heath Ledger, it’s just so sensitive, kind and very sweet. I’m moved by this interview. Terry and Heath had a very special bond. As he said, “there was so much love for that guy.” I loved this: “we weren’t at a wake, we weren’t at a funeral. We were at a resurrection.” Amy, Terry and Heath: three beautiful spirits; Johnny, Jude and Colin, three generous and loving friends; and all the cast and crew, who carried on and made something very special–they created a mad, wonderful world of imagination.
